A key part of my role is ensuring that our CPD events run smoothly, from advertising courses and providing technical support on the day, to gathering feedback afterwards. Working closely with the CPD Team, I help ensure that we deliver the right courses at the right time to meet the needs of our members.
Since joining IfJ, I have greatly enjoyed learning about the role of intermediaries and the vital contribution they make to the justice system. Having the opportunity to listen to our CPD sessions and learn from the expertise of our speakers has been both fascinating and rewarding.
What I enjoy most, however, is the opportunity to connect with our members and speakers. Being able to put faces to names, build relationships, and learn more about the people who make up our community is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.
