Course requirements: IfJ Full member who has attended the IfJ Trauma Informed Practice course.

This CPD SIG allows intermediaries to share ideas and knowledge in a safe non-judgemental space after attending IfJ/City Law School's 'Trauma informed practice course'.

29th April, 11am - 3pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

Aims and objectives:

- To discuss anonymised cases

- To problem solve new/difficult situations

- To share relevant documents (articles/guidance)

- To develop awareness of how other intermediaries work

- To offer support to other intermediaries

CPD SIG method:

- The CPD SIG is run in the form of an informal peer discussion format every 3 months.

- There may or may not be an agenda.

- Participants will be expected/invited to share their ideas, anonymised case information and practice, in a confidential safe supportive space.

Further details:
- Participants to log on 10 minutes prior to the start of the session.
- It is required that all participants keep their cameras on throughout the CPD SIG.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the CPD SIG you may substitute another delegate by giving IfJ 24 hours’ notice - please email admin@intermediaries-for-justice.org. In exceptional circumstances IfJ reserve the right the issue a full refund. Please inform IfJ at the time of cancellation of your particular reason for cancelling. If you wish to cancel your booking please do so by emailing: admin@intermediaries-for-justice.org. We will endeavour to respond to all cancellation requests within 2 working days. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as you used for the purchase and will be paid within 7 days of you informing us of the cancellation. If you are unable to attend the course you may substitute another delegate by giving IfJ 24 hours’ notice - please email admin@intermediaries-for-justice.org. Places are limited to a maximum of 12 participants. There is a minimum number of participants required to make the CPD SIG viable. If the minimum number is not met, the CPD SIG will be cancelled with a week’s notice and participants informed.
