We will consider:

- Assessments on Zoom: for beginners and some more advanced 'tips and tricks'

- Working safely in an ABE with the assistance of technology

- How to work remotely or at a safe social distance with the aid of technology at court hearings.

- What recommendations could be made to enable effective participation where hearings are online or hybrid?

We hope to have optional breakout groups for people with different levels of Zoom experience for those who would like to build some confidence in using it.

Rachel Cohen will be leading the first session on remote assessments and Zoom. We will break at 11.45 for 15 minutes and resume at 12. In the second session, we will look at working in court and in ABE interviews safely and effectively. IfJ is in dialogue with HMCTS and we will share how they are dealing with intermediaries in present times and what they have shown us about CVP and its functionality.
