To expl ore the range of information required in RI court reports< /p>\n \n

Each intermediary attending to iden tify learning points from a colleague’s report to apply to their future reports

To consider how the MoJ’s recommended framework for court repo rts can be adapted for a particular witness’ vulne rabilities

To discuss useful references to include in RI court reports to support recommendat ions for vulnerable witnesses

\n \n

To share experiences of GRHs and difficulties that may have arisen-and identify best practice

\n \n

To learn about any documents relating to GRHs

\n \n

To consider what can ma ke XX questions problematic for vulnerable witness es and how to justify changes needed

To be aware of different formats for giving feedback to counsel about XX questions

To review a samp le of XX questions as a group and share RI respons es for changes needed< /span>

Course Method:

The workshop is run in the form of a smal l group training. The presenters will present info rmation and will invite high levels of participati on and sharing of knowledge and ideas. Prepared sl ides/handouts guide the process rather than impart information.
