Susan Stewart (RI and IfJ CPD Programme Lead)

Susan is a Registered Intermediary and Speech and Language Therapist who has worked as an RI for 10 years. She has over 20 years experience in working with children, young people and adults communication needs. Susan volunteers to organise the IfJ CPD programme. She has also created published resources for vulnerable witnesses and youth defendants.

ISVAs and Ris

Description

Following on from the success of Intermediaries for Justice's course 'ISVA's and RIs working Together' we are offering all ISVAs and RIS the chance to attend our new free ISVA and RI Peer Support sessions. These will offer:

  • a safe space for us to explore ISVA and RI joint working practices and discuss anonymised cases
  • a chance to provide feedback on
    • the draft guidance ideas we are creating for ISVAs and RIs to work effectively together
    • draft leaflets for RIs and ISVAs to use with vulnerable witnesses to explain their respective and complimentary roles

 

 

 

- Participants to log on 15 minutes prior to start of each session.

- It is required that all participants keep their cameras on throughout the workshop.

- Participants to complete online feedback form post workshop.
